Signs of structural damage can include:

  • Cracked basement walls - horizontal, stair-step or vertical
  • Cracked bricks
  • Uneven or bouncy floors
  • Sticking windows or doors

Of course foundation problem signs don't have to be as dramatic as these photos. Sometimes something small, like a series of drywall cracks, can be a sign that you have a much larger structural problem.
